Session Description:Recognized as an essential skill for today’s public sector leaders, facilitation is increasingly being used to navigate the many and varied discussions required for the development and implementation of sound performance measurement and evaluation. This session will identify core skills and practices, as well as facilitation processes and techniques tailored for use in measurement or evaluation but applicable to all aspects of public sector dialogue. |
