Session Description:Rubrics and rating tools have often been used to measure the results of complex government interventions. They also form the basis for Management Accountability Framework (MAF) reporting. In recent years, these tools have been applied in various types of measurement and evaluation situations to categorize and rate progress in engagement, learning and action. This Session will build on the best international and domestic practices to show participants the key types of rubrics and rating tools, the steps involved in developing them and how they can and should be used for performance measurement and evaluation. |
