Carolyn Montague

Carolyn Montague is a Partner of  PMN Inc. with a background in public policy,  administration, procurement management, planning,  strategy and professional development. She has over three decades of experience serving clients in the public and not-for-profit sectors and has held executive leadership positions – including President, with associations such as the Canadian Institute for Procurement and Materiel Management .

Carolyn hold as Masters in Public Administration  and has a strong track record assisting a wide range of clients with procurement assistance services, planning, measurement, management and strategy at all organizational levels. She also has an exceptional record  providing education and course support in procurement related areas. She has successfully developed and delivered courses for various Departments and Agencies including the Canada School of the Public Service and Algonquin College.
