Cancellation Policy: Refunds are available only upon receipt of written notification one week prior to the session. After that, we regret no refunds will be issued. However, we will accept substitute delegates or one re-scheduling to an alternate date. An administration fee of $50.00 will be charged for second re-scheduling and re-scheduling for no-shows. PMN reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the session if deemed necessary and will, in such case, fully refund the registration fee.
