Suzanne Lafortune is a Partner of Performance Management Network. Suzanne has over twenty five years of consulting experience. During that period she has been involved in over 600 research projects for a wide variety of public and private sector organizations. Her qualifications include an honours degree in business complemented with special training in questionnaire design and data collection from Statistics Canada. She has been involved in projects involving survey research, program evaluation, performance measurement, and performance monitoring. Suzanne is fluently bilingual.
